Products
Every stained glass piece is handmade. Slight variations in color, glass texture, solder lines, patina, and overall appearance are a natural part of the artistic process. These differences make each piece unique and should not be considered defects.
Product photos are taken to represent each piece as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor, phone, or tablet display settings.
Decorative Use
Unless otherwise stated, all Shaff Glass pieces are intended for indoor decorative use only.
These items are works of art and are not toys. They should be handled with care and kept out of reach of young children and pets.
Lead Safety
Many stained glass pieces are created using traditional lead-based solder or lead came.
As with any lead-containing decorative item:
Wash your hands after handling.
Do not allow children to handle or play with stained glass artwork.
Do not place stained glass items where they may be chewed or mouthed by children or pets.
By purchasing from Shaff Glass, you acknowledge that you understand these standard safety recommendations.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
Orders
Shaff Glass reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, photographs, product designs, logos, website content, and written materials are the intellectual property of Shaff Glass unless otherwise stated.
No artwork or content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shaff Glass shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchased products.
Customers assume responsibility for the safe handling, installation, and display of purchased artwork after delivery.
